Philip Cramer - Redcliffe
I have been fortunate to have lived on the Redcliffe peninsula for the last 24 years. I spent 18 years working in the telecomunications field until recently changing employment. I then worked in the funeral business, meeting the needs of families in grief. I am currently working with the aged, which for me is very personally rewarding. My family and I have always been part of an active christian community.
As a father who cherishes his family, I understand completely the needs and importance of family life. Families are that primary and vital cell of society. The traditional definition and essential value of the family needs to be upheld and supported for its indispensable contribution to a robust society and government.
I hold dear to my heart the conviction that the weakest and most vunerable in our communities must be protected and cherished, including the unborn child and the very elderly and frail. I believe in the value and dignity of every person in our society. Government should always uphold those values.
