Bevan Smith - Bundamba

Bevan Smith finished high school at Corinda High and learnt the trade of French Polishing. He has contracted to many small businesses over his working life and understands the issues involved with small business.

Bevan has resided in Springfield Lakes since 2004 with his wife Tracy and their two boys, aged 5 & 8. Bevan has also shared the primary caregiver role with his wife who travels with her work as a lawyer. He has a good grass roots feel for what the average family struggles with and believes government and society needs to ensure that not only families but also the marginalized, those with disabilities and their carers and the homeless are supported. Bevan believes it is vital to ensure that the family unit is protected and that family values are protected by government. He wants to give the people of Bundamba electorate a strong voice and will work tirelessly on their behalf, especially in the areas of provision of essential services such as health, education and public transport.
