Malcolm Turnbull has called a double dissolution election for July, which means the full senate gets reelected. This is the best chance the 1 in 4 Australians who didn't vote for a major party at the last election have to get better representation in Canberra.
Andrew Broughton has agreed to be the #FamilyFirst candidate in the electorate of Bonner in the upcoming federal election. A Family First senator for Qld is our strongest chance for defending traditional Australian family values, and we simply cannot trust the major parties to defend marriage, families, and freedom.
Please come to the Andrew Broughton for Bonner campaign launch event next Saturday night, 11 May, after dinner at 7pm. Please bring $30 (or 5, or 100, or more – whatever you can donate), and a small plate of finger food or a drink to share. It’ll be casual, and short. We really need all the help you can offer to fight for strong families, strong values, and a strong Australia.
You can help. We only need to raise $2,000 to cover the basic registration fee with the AEC and a small number of How To Vote cards for election day. Can we raise more and get a billboard? Grab a bunch of friends to come and hang out with Andrew at the polling booths on election day for a few hours or more. You’ll have a great time helping people vote for their Family First!
If you can’t make it that night, that’s okay, because you can still help! You can donate AND volunteer at online www.FamilyFirstQld.org.au (just send Andrew a private message that you have so we can make sure it goes to the local campaign costs first).
